ADHD & Autism assessments
Right now you might be feeling some anxiety, overwhelm and even some internalized mean girl nastiness ("maybe I'm just lazy...or everyone is going to think I'm chasing a trend"). A huge sense of relief and joy is just around the corner
I have a unique skill set with my background in perinatal mental health, trauma and business coaching. I already work with so many exceptional, funny ND women post diagnosis. With the stories of waiting lists getting longer and longer, I've decided it makes sense to offer ADHD & Autism assessments.
real talk:
Maybe your neurodivergent brain type hasn't been picked up because you don't fit the cliche!
You can be highly intelligent, ambitious, successful, high masking and have an ADHD/Autistic brain. In fact, I opened up this part of my business because I realised 90% of the entrepreneurs and mums I work with are neurodiverse!

A longer report with a lot of detail (up to 20 pages). Traditionally these were written for other professionals. I can provide this, but it takes longer than 2 weeks to write, so please get in touch to discuss.

Frequently Asked Questions
Not at all! I've seen it do wonderous things but as a Psychologist I obviously value behavioural and emotional approaches pretty highly too!
I can't gaurantee it. NDIS approval depends on many factors that are beyond my control.
Nope. You may be able to claim for further therapy but not assessment.
Private health may cover some. You'll need to ask your provider as companies and policies vary widely.
A letter will give you a diagnosis & contains no personal stuff (in case you want a copy for your employer). A full report is for a deep dive & data
No. not for assessment. You only need a GP referral if you want to use Medicare to claim for therapy.
Comfy clothes, water, snacks, fidgets & turn off notifications. Feel free to jot down notes before or during sessions. Pets can join you but no kids please
Statistically speaking, you're more likely to have both. I've seen a lot of women get one diagnosis, only to find out it doesn't explain everything. I'd rather be thorough & efficient!
No. If we look at the research, adult females are far more likely to be undiagnosed or misdiagnosed. The diagnostic criteria were not writtten with high masking, high achieving women in mind
